The single hardest part of SEO is knowing who you can trust to actually get you results. Unlike most SEO companies that claim they are the best but then back off by saying they cannot guarantee results, we have almost a decade of actual provable results.
The old saying that “those who cannot do, teach” applies here. Our team started as e-commerce retailers who developed one of the 5 most trafficked websites for e-commerce in its industry. After 10 years of trial, error and empty promises from virtually every vendor who vaguely promised results that never delivered, we realized we could help others achieve the success we had earned.
We will not take on a client we are not certain we can help achieve top 5 rankings for their most important keywords. Most firms want your money more than your success. If they do not achieve results for you, at least they got paid all along the way. We take your site and success personally and we (like most all other SEO firms) know when we analyze your site what the probabilities and time lines are for achieving appropriate success. Since we put our money where our mouth is, it is not in OUR or YOUR best interest to take you on as a client unless we know we can win.
This point cannot be overstated, we do NOT want to spend a year working for free for you. Therefore, we only take on clients who we are comfortable we can achieve the promised results. Like most companies, the best way to never pay on a guarantee is to only promise what you know you can achieve.
Experience vs. Theory: The theories of what search engines value versus the reality of how they rank your site are two very different situations. The reason most SEO companies struggle with achieving and maintaining strong results is that they have always been for hire and have never had a personal stake in the results. Therefore, they tend to be great at discussing the theories of what Google, Bing and other search engines value. We come from actual e-commerce; our livelihoods depended on results, not theories. We got them for ourselves and if we take you on as a client, we’ll get them for you.
Search Engine Optimization Process
- Free Initial Consultation: We will spend 15-30 minutes discussing your site, your goals and expectations. We do this for free because it is in everyone’s best interest to have a solid understanding of what to expect from each other. Further, this is the first step in understanding what our client’s experiences have been to date, what their expectations are, and confirming that we are the best solution.
- Free Site Analysis: If the Initial Consultation is successful and both parties agree to move forward, we provide a comprehensive free site analysis. No internal access to your site is needed. The site analysis generally ranges from 2 to 5 pages and addresses virtually every on and off site recommendation we believe is necessary to achieve top rankings in all of the major search engines. This is a highly potent document that is done free of charge. Many clients that we have chosen not to take on have used this as a template for guiding other firms to help them with their site. Why do we offer this for free? In order to show you why we can get your site to the top of the search engines, we have to show you why your site is not ranking as well as you wish it did now. Once we show it to you, we know you can show it to others. We place our confidence in knowing that there is good reason to trust a firm that engages you with full disclosure from the very beginning of your relationship with us. Do you have to choose us once we give you this information? No. We believe this is the first step in showing you why we can guarantee your results.
- Baseline reporting: within one week of engaging you as a client, we will work with you to determine your most important keywords and establish baseline reports that will then be sent to you on a weekly basis so that you can see your results as we progress.
- Site Restructuring: While some sites vary, with the majority of our clients we then spend the first 30 days fixing the internal structure of the site as detailed in our initial analysis. The report we gave you is the exact document we use to correct and perfect your site for extreme optimization. In most cases, your current site is the site we will use and generally do not require much if any visual changes.
- Ongoing Optimization: While every site differs, after the site has been crafted for optimal search performance, we then begin the heavy lifting of achieving and maintaining your top results. These efforts will be communicated and reported on every month so that you can see the continued progress.
